What are squishies?
Squishies are soft sensory stress relievers designed to be squeezed, handled and enjoyed. Each product page explains its intended use, texture, size and care instructions.
How do I choose a squishy?
Use product details, texture descriptions, photos and videos to compare softness, size and design characteristics.
Do you offer custom squishies?
Yes. We offer custom pet portraits and personal portrait designs (couples, families, intimate themes and more). See our Custom Orders page for full details.
How long does a custom order take?
We provide a digital proof within 2–3 business days after payment. After your approval, production takes 2–3 business days, plus shipping time.
Can I revise my custom design?
Yes. You get 2 free revisions to the digital proof. Additional revisions may incur a small fee. Once production starts, design changes are no longer available.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders over $49 ship free worldwide.
For orders under $49: there is a flat shipping fee of $6.99 for US addresses. For all other regions, shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be shown clearly at checkout.
Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We ship to the United States, major European countries and most regions worldwide.
- United States: 8–14 business days after dispatch
- Europe & most other regions: 9–17 business days after dispatch
Exact shipping times are calculated based on your location and clearly displayed at checkout.
Transit times exclude potential customs delays.
Custom orders add production time before shipping.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
All import duties and taxes are covered by us for all shippable regions. No additional fees will be charged at delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a regular (non-custom) product?
Yes. Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in resalable condition. Buyer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
Can I return a custom product?
Custom products are final sale once production begins for personal reasons. If there is a manufacturing defect, wrong design or shipping damage, we will offer a free remake or full refund.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Unfortunately, no. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
Care & Safety
How do I clean my squishy?
Gently wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid heat, direct sunlight, harsh chemicals and sharp objects. Do not stretch excessively.
Are these products for children?
Our products are designed as stress relievers and novelty gifts for adults. Keep them away from young children and pets to avoid choking hazards.
