1. Acceptance

By using https://squishtide.com/, placing an order or submitting custom content, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies linked on our website.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Minor color variations due to lighting, screen displays and handmade finishes are normal. Custom products are artistic adaptations based on reference materials, not 1:1 replicas. Our artists reserve the right of secondary artistic creation to ensure the best result on the product surface. Finished products are dispatched directly without pre-shipment photo confirmation, in accordance with our Custom Orders Policy.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices, shipping fees, taxes and payment methods are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If an error is found, we will notify you and offer you the option to continue or cancel the order. Only one discount code may be used per order. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

4. Custom Products

Custom orders are subject to our Custom Orders Policy. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the digital proof. Once production begins, change-of-mind cancellations are not available.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of content you submit (reference photos, text, personal materials). You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to fulfill your order. All site content, branding, logos, original designs, photography, and custom derivative works created by our team (including concept sketches, production footage and finished product media) are owned by or licensed to SQUISHTIDE. They may be used for portfolio display, creative sharing and promotional purposes unless you opt out per our Privacy Policy. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.

6. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you grant us the right to use it for product and marketing purposes. We may remove content that is unlawful, infringing or offensive.

7. Third-Party Services

Our store relies on third-party services for payments, hosting, shipping, analytics and more. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to your use.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Engage in fraud or unauthorized payment activity
Submit content you do not have rights to
Use the site for unlawful, abusive or deceptive purposes
Interfere with the website, systems or other users

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, all products and website content are provided "as is" without implied warranties beyond what is expressly stated in our policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SQUISHTIDE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state/country of your business entity registration, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protection rights of your location remain unaffected.
