4. Custom Photos & Files

Uploaded reference photos and original files are used solely to fulfill your custom order, communicate about the order, and for quality assurance. We will never publicly display your original reference photos without your explicit permission.

For finished custom designs, creation process footage, and final product photos created by our team, we may use them for portfolio display, creative sharing, and promotional marketing purposes. If you prefer that we do not use your custom work for these purposes, please email us at support@squishtide.com with your order number, and we will promptly remove it from all our public channels.
